GET YOUR ORDER DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE

Place an order over £50 net and you’ll get your delivery free of charge to a LOCKer collection point. If your order is under £50 net, then you’ll incur a £4 delivery charge.

PICK UP YOUR ORDER FROM 8 AM

There’s no need to wait in for deliveries anymore, you can pick up your orders from a LOCKer location as early as 8am helping you fit more jobs into your working day.

We’ve got over 250 pick-up locations across the UK meaning it’s convenient wherever your job is.

ORDER BY 6 PM FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Orders placed after the 7 pm cut-off will be despatched the next working day for delivery. Saturday pick up’s are catered for in the majority of location, enquire with us to see if your nearest location allows collection on a Saturday.

You can select your nearest LOCKer location at the checkout on our website or app. Simply enter your desired postcode and you’ll be given a suggested nearest LOCKer location. Or you can call us on 020 8662 4010 and request this service with your account manager on your next order.

On your first LOCKer order, we will email you a unique barcode. When collecting, simply show your barcode for scanning by the representative at the collection point and they’ll hand over your parcel.

Terms & Conditions

Orders are delivered to your selected LOCKer collection point as specified on your invoice. Order not collected after 5 days will be returned to Duffells. Usual returns procedures apply.
